Text Box: Housing Manager: Nora Billy The housing departments’ objective is to oversee all aspects of housing for the Xaxli’p community. This includes new construction project management, renovation funding submissions and management, rent/arrears monitoring and collection, administering repairs and maintenance requests, annual house insurance renewals, financial management of program budgets for all Xaxli’p owned rental units. The Housing Manager is Nora Billy whose late father was Charlie Billy – Tsantsen; grandfather was Casimir Billy (Xaxli'p) – Great Grandfather was Svpyen-Carl Billy (Xaxli'p); Grandmother was Katie Dick-Billy (Qweqwen (6Mile); Great Grandmother was Amelia Dick (Qweqwen (6mile); Great Grandfather was Johnny Dick (Qweqwen (6mile).Her mother is Irene Billy (Kenoras-Leon) of Adams Lake; Grandparents were Nels and Catherine Kenoras. Great Grandfather Leon Kenoras (Adams Lake) and John Calhoun (Skeetschestn).
