Saturday February 18, 2012

Xaxli’p Administration is accepting catering bids for approximately 30 people for the above mentioned community meetings.

Menu for Lunch 12:00pm:
Snack for morning session / breakfast type snacks (10:00am)
Hot nutritious dinner with all four food groups; meat, dairy, fruit/vegetables, grains
Dessert and a sugarless dessert option 
Beverages: Coffee / Tea / Water / Juice; all be provided by caterer
Cutlery / Plates / Bowls / Cups etc.; to all be provided by caterer
Must provide Splenda (sugar substitute); to be provided by caterer

Qualification Requirements:
Valid Food Safe Certificate must be attached to every bid as well as displayed if using Xaxli’p kitchen
Experience in catering for 20 or more people
Hair nets are a must for all caterers / assistants
Must clean kitchen / hall after catering completion; all tables wiped etc.

Please submit your bid and a copy of your Food Safe Certificate to Xaxli’p Administration, at gina@xaxlip.ca. 

**Please note that all caterers will now be responsible for a Rental Fee for using the Xaxli’p kitchen.  Costs for renting the Kitchen per day are $20.00 flat rate.

Any and all supplies needed for catering are the responsibility of the caterer.
